Fee Policy

I strive to maintain a competitive fee structure. Changing economic conditions and the competitive nature of business has made it necessary for me to be fully transparent and disclosing my fee structure.  I have set my fees within the Reasonable & Customary standard for our industry and believe that clients have the right to seek services from any professional that best meet their financial goals. 

Charges are based on a standard 50 minute hour and are as follows:

                        Initial Sessions are billed @ $160 per hour and a half.

                        Individual Sessions are billed @ $130 per hour.

                        Marriage Sessions are billed @ $130 per hour.

                        Group Therapy Session is billed @ $20 per hour.

Additional services such as letter writing, consultation, etc. are billed at a prorated standard fee and will be billed at the discretion of your therapist.  We require 72 hours notice to prepare letters.  Expert Court testimony is billed @ $300 per hour, and is billed “portal to portal”.  Telephone calls lasting more than ten minutes will be charged at a prorated standard per-hour fee.  Additional services will not be billed to insurance or third party-payers; they are the sole responsibility of the client.

Randy does not bill your Insurance provide but will be happy to provide you with a super bill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Any and all dispute of insurance payment is between you and your insurance company.

If you are unable to attend a previously scheduled appointment, it is customary to give twenty-four hours notice to our office to avoid a standard fee of $130.  A $130 fee will be charged to the patient if they do not show up for a scheduled appointment. These charges will not be billed to your insurance company or third-party payers.
