When Relationships End

We work together on 6 goals Identifying the stage of grief, Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance: Processing emotions such as grief, anger, sadness, confusion, related to the end of the relationship. I teach healthy coping strategies to manage distress, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts associated with the breakup. Self-exploration: I helped you reflect on your identity, goals, and aspirations outside of the relationship, and build a healthy self-care plan which can fostering self-discovery and personal growth. Rebuilding self-esteem: I support you in rebuilding your self-esteem and self-worth that has been negatively impacted by the breakup. Finally we focus on acceptance and moving forward: here we focused on accepting the end of the relationship and developing a plan for moving forward.
